Edward Robinson

Edward “Ed” Robinson has a vast experience in criminal law across two states. He was born and raised in upstate New York. For more than a decade, he practiced law while running his own firm. Ed did jury trials involving violent felonies such as murder and assault with deadly weapons. As a strong litigator, he represented clients in appeals reaching the state capital in New York.

While he loved his home state, Ed grew tired of cold winters, and he moved to Phoenix, Arizona, in 2004. Once in the Valley, Ed worked for firms doing construction defect cases representing homeowners filing lawsuits against builders for bad workmanship. This was a very intriguing and exciting part of Ed’s career, but his heart was elsewhere. He returned to criminal defense as a solo practioner for over 20 years. Ed developed a strong interest in the science, law and constitutional rights behind Driving Under the Influence, DUI, cases and honed in his skills in that area of the law. He also developed a deep understanding of the implications that DUI cases bring to clients such as insurance, Driver’s License suspension, and Arizona Department of Transportation’s suspension hearings.

In over 30 years of practice, Ed has represented clients in over 30 trials, and is a strong believer of justice. He is admitted to multiple jurisdictions, and professional organizations. In his spare time, Ed lives an active lifestyle and is a great fan and supporter of all Arizona’s sport’s teams.
